Fall 2018 Yoga Retreat at The Bethany
This retreat is a chance to go beyond the experience of a drop in class by allowing us to connect in community over breath, movement, a beautifully crafted meal and good conversation. So grab a ticket and your mat and come join us!
Doors open at 8:30 (9:30 Sunday) for a lite and healthy breakfast, class begins promptly by 9:00 (10:00 Sunday).

When you register, your name is immediately added to our guest list. You need only to show up with ID.
Classes open to all levels
Saturday
Yoga Foundations 9:00- 10:30
In this class we will explore the foundations of yoga and spend time breaking down poses to gain a deeper understanding of how to move our bodies safely during practice. There will be plenty of time to ask questions during this class.
Mindfulness & Meditation 11:00- 12:30
We will explore mindfulness and various meditation techniques to help each of us cultivate the ability to calm our bodies and minds. This class with be a mix of discussion and practice.
Lunch 12:30- 1:30
Flow 1:30- 3:00
This class will focus on moving body and breath. There will be dynamic movement to warm your body – this will me a more challenging class but is still open to all levels. Lots of modifications will be offered.
Sunday
Morning Movement 10:00- 11:30
The first half of the class is a yin based class where we will hold postures for a longer period of time. The second half will focus on more movement to awaken the body for the day.
Restorative & Nidra 12:30- 2:00
The final class of the weekend will provide some time to relax and reboot. The first half of the class we will explore relaxing poses to calm and reset the nervous system. We will finish off this class with yoga nidra (sleep yoga) where we use various tools to again calm our bodies and minds.
